Having held various roles over the last few years, including as CEO, Managing & Site Director, and Group Vice President, which includes international experience, with time working in France.

Torben has many years practical experience with optimizing and developing setup and structures in operations, global group functions and supply chains. Torben is trained and experienced in deploying LEAN tools and applying LEAN leadership with a focus to delivering consistent and a high level of employee motivation & satisfaction.
Married to Birgitte and the father of three adult sons.
