Designed to deliver superior operational and performance benefits, these proven systems enable farmers and end-users to improve productivity and efficiency, while at the same time delivering enhanced value over the lifetime of the wheel.
Spotlight on Wheel Performance
moveero’s display will feature its patented Profi-Fit wheel technology, which is engineered to support ever- larger, more powerful agricultural machinery over prolonged periods. Ideal for low-pressure tire applications, Profi-Fit wheels perfectly combine reduced weight with enhanced durability and easier tire fitting. Their rolled-over flange design strengthens the rim and minimizes the risk of tire damage during installation, especially important for low-pressure tires with stiffer walls which are extensively used to minimise the risk of soil compaction.
Also on display will be Profi-Flex®, the company’s Manually Adjustable Variable Track (MAVT) wheel, which also features the Profi-Fit rim. With millions of these wheels in use across all major OEM tractors, moveero’s MAVT wheel is recognised as the industry standard solution for high speed, row crop wheels with adjustable track setting. Trusted by major OEMs for more than 25 years, Profi-Flex® offers 16 track positions (double that of competitors’ products), with 15mm between, making it ideal for planting varying crops and moving on-road from field to field.
To address the issue of run-out, which can occur at higher operating speeds on manually adjustable track wheels, the range also includes the Profi-Flex HS profile. This enhanced design features a unique spacer system and a single integral alignment pin – which is integral to the wheel and cannot be lost. This ensures the disc is re-fitted in the correct position when track spacing is changed, and tolerances are maintained. It also eliminates common issues such as lost parts and ‘wheel wobble’ (seen in other wheels on the market), ensuring optimal performance during every operation, while maintaining even load distribution.
Integrated Manufacturing and Testing
Following the relocation of its market-leading Research, Development and Testing Center to Estherville, moveero is now able to support customers with a fully integrated design, manufacturing, and test facility. The company operates two production plants in Iowa (Estherville and Armstrong, the company’s headquarters), along with a complete tire fitting facility in Wichita, Kansas.
