Profi-Max is the new high performance flotation wheel from moveero and has been developed specifically to meet these challenges and to optimize the performance of the next generation of tires. The new Profi-Max wheel delivers a 20% increase in load capacity over previous wheel designs, the ability to operate at higher speeds, and with an extended operating life.
Manufactured using improved welding processes for higher load discs, ensuring best in class quality, the Profi-Max wheel is manufactured from high strength steel, yet is still the lightest wheel in its class, with a 10% reduction in weight. Providing exceptional load bearing capability along with enhanced durability, the wheel’s advanced design provides multiple in-field operational benefits, including lower fuel consumption, greater tire protection, optimised in-field stability, and extended service life.
Developed and tested to meet the requirements of modern high load-bearing flotation tires, Profi-Max provides OEMs and machine operators with the ability to travel at speeds of 80km/h, with options available within the range for speeds up to 100 kilometres per hour (62 mph).
Designed to work seamlessly with the latest CT and VF tires from major tire manufacturers, the Profi-Max design features a wide flange for enhanced tire protection, alongside a wider bead area and symmetrical rim profile that increase fatigue life, offer a 40% reduction of stress in key rim areas, and raises the load‑bearing capability.
Customers can also specify additional features such as valve guards, stronger discs, and connection to a Central Tyre Inflation Systems (CTIS), if required. Each wheel is backed by a five‑year warranty, offering long-term confidence for OEMs, distributors and machine operators.
As with all moveero Off-Highway wheels, the Profi-Max range benefits from the company’s industry-leading C5 corrosion resistant paint system, delivering a high-quality finish which is able to withstand aggressive working environments. The coating is salt spray tested for up to 1,400 hours, ensuring long term protection and durability.
