moveero introduces next-generation hubs range

moveero, the market’s leading off-highway wheels and hubs manufacturer, has announced a series of major advancements to its Hubs & Spindles (H&S) product portfolio.

In line with market changes, this program ensures customers will continue to benefit from precision-engineered, high-quality, high-performance solutions, manufactured in the USA.

The first phase of the enhancement programme saw significant investment in moveero’s dedicated H&S manufacturing line, with the launch of its first fully automated H&S cell. This investment has not only delivered a step change in manufacturing processes, deploying the latest technology, but also allows the company to significantly simplify its extensive product range.

As part of the upgrade, moveero installed a new, twin-spindle Kitako lathe, which is now producing high quality machined hub castings with tighter tolerances, delivering improved efficiency and consistency.

Alongside the investment in this new production line, moveero also conducted a thorough review of its quality, manufacturing, engineering and maintenance operations, as a result of which a new, leaner and more efficient workflow has been introduced across the plant, driving productivity and reliability.

Aaron Dahl, moveero’s Chief Engineer, said: “By introducing the latest technology and achieving even tighter tolerances, we’re reinforcing our commitment to constantly evolve and continuously improve, and to delivering the highest quality components to our customers. This investment reflects our focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

“A further step in our Continuous Improvement plan has been to streamline our extensive product range, to provide our customers with a simplified range of component without compromising Fit-Form-Function. This will increase product interchangeability, improve flexibility in batch sizes and order quantities, and reduce inventory complexity. For customers, this means shorter lead times, fewer order variants and better value.”

The new streamlined range will be rolled out from January 2026, with moveero’s warranty period and comprehensive testing program remaining unchanged. Customers will also notice a new feature: hub caps branded with the moveero logo, providing a clear stamp of quality and assurance.
