David Geraghty

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

David Geraghty joins moveero from Yokohama Off Highway Tires America, where he was President, responsible for Aftermarket and OE operations. David has over 25 years of experience, working in various senior roles with multi-national, multi-billion-dollar organisations, with experience in leadership, strategy development, operations, global sales and market development, and global transformation programs. David has previously worked across a number of industry sectors including heavy truck, mining, construction and agricultural equipment, aftermarket parts and service, primarily in the diesel engine and tire spaces. With an MBA in Strategy, Marketing and Operations, David will be based at moveero’s global headquarters in Armstrong, Iowa

Matt brings a wealth of knowledge and unique experience to the role. He joined the finance team in our Telford plant in 2002, gained international experience supporting each of our overseas plants whilst working for the group Finance Director, and most recently held senior finance roles in our Armstrong USA and Telford UK facilities.

Mike joined moveero in 2019 as Managing Director, Telford plant. He has held Senior Director positions with many years’ experience in the Aerospace, Automotive and Industrial Gas Turbine manufacturing in engineering environments. He has the proven ability to work and communicate with people at all levels with proven people management skills and the ability to motivate, guide and manage the performance of teams to achieve success. In September 2024 Mike took on the role of Chief Operating Officer, moveero. Mike has extensive experience working in PE environments, PLC and SME and adapts to complex strategies and delivers value creation. Mike is an elected member of the CBI Manufacturing Council and an Ambassador for the UK STEM program.

Joining moveero in 1994 John has spent over half his career working outside his home country in locations in Denmark, the UK, Germany and China. Focusing on Business Development throughout the 1990's; Global Strategic Key Account management in the 2000's. Since 2013 John has headed the global Engineering and Product Management developments of moveero and in August 2024 took on the role of European Commercial Director.

Joining the business in 1995, Gianpietro has held roles including Manager of European Technical Centre, Chief Engineer for Europe and Asia and R&D Director, managing design teams across Europe and working closely with customer on product design and testing. In August 2024, Gianpietro was appointed Global Chief Engineer, leading the engineering team in Europe and providing global direction to the team of engineers in North America. Based at moveero’ s Global R&D Center, Brescia, Italy, Gianpietro has decades of engineering experience and innovation in wheel design.

Joining moveero in 2018 as Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, Rich has spent his career working in various senior roles including IT operations specialist, and systems manager, working with complex IT systems, in the fast-paced automotive industry. He has extensive international experience, in particular working with Japanese organisation and qualified at Warwick University. Rich joined moveero from Synnex Corporation, a leading IT distributor and solutions aggregator for IT ecosystems, where he was Systems Engineer Analyst.

Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology Management, a 6 Sigma Black belt, and graduated from GKN Plc SCIL (Site Continuous Improvement Leader) and MCIL (Management Continuous Improvement Leader) programs. He has held various roles in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Plant Management, and Quality Management. Mike has led the business through many CI activities through the Armstrong business units over the years.

Joining the business in 1993, Darren has extensive senior level experience across a number of roles including Key Account Manager, Engineering Program & Projects Manager, Operations Director, across the automotive and off highway industries. Since 2020, Darren has held the role Head of Operations & Engineering – moveero/ Autostructures, leading the site operations, after being the project lead for the investment program to install and commission the automated wheel manufacturing line. Having worked across Europe and Asia, with a background in manufacturing and engineering, Darren is experienced in Lean, productivity improvement and instilling best practice and continuous improvement processes. In September 2024 Darren was appointed Plant Director, UK and will focus ensuring continuity of the plant’s performance levels moving forward along with a consistent and high level of customer and employee satisfaction.
